Job summary

The Delaney at South Shore is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate meaningful activities for residents, supporting their physical, mental, and social well-being.

You will help with monthly calendars, lead daily activities, and create diverse programs for residents with varying needs, including memory care. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an Associate’s degree preferred and prior senior activities experience valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating resident activities and events.
• Promote a healthy community culture for residents and staff.
• Provide opportunities for education on disease prevention and wellness within the program.
