Charter Senior Living of Franklin in Franklin, TN is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and lead engaging programs for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

You will support social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and wellness activities, build relationships, assist with events, and transport residents to outings, all while maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Position Summary
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will help plan and lead fun, engaging, and meaningful programs for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will

• Support social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and wellness-focused activities

• Build strong relationships through encouragement, engagement, and creativity

• Assist with event setup and cleanup

• Transport (drive our 15-passenger bus) residents to and from programs and group outings

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and uplifting environment every day

• Work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills
