Winthrop Health & Rehab is seeking a Life Enrichment professional to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient-centered activities under the direction of the Director of Life Enrichment Programs.
You will create and maintain life enrichment calendars reflecting patient needs, promote activities across shifts, and assist in building a volunteer program while collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team to support care plans.

Full Time: Starting Pay: $13/hour Weekly pay
GHCA Activity Director State Approved 36-Hour Certification Course. Preferred applicant must be certified or obtain certification within the first year of employment.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
