Encore Senior Living's The Courtyard at Bellevue in Green Bay, WI, seeks a Life Enrichment Director. Plan and lead the life enrichment program to enhance residents' quality of life and create meaningful daily activities.

You will work with a caring team, support residents and families, and promote independence, happiness, privacy, and dignity in a warm, home-like community. Excellent teamwork and a passion for seniors are essential.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Full training program provided and willing to train the right candidate.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Activity Aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee the life enrichment program to enrich residents' quality of life.
Bring joy and create memories for residents with a sense of purpose.
Collaborate with care teams to promote independence, happiness, privacy and dignity.
