Job summary

Provincial Senior Living in Massachusetts seeks a Director of Celebrations to lead lifestyle programs across the community, plan holidays and events, and supervise the Celebrations department. You will recruit resources, coordinate calendars, and drive resident engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance and a vibrant resident life program.

The role requires an associate degree in Recreation or related field, 3–5 years of experience, and 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Three to five years related experience.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.
• Must be at least 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and conducts lifestyle programs for residents.
• Recruits resources and coordinates volunteers for services.
• Maintains calendar of events and prepares community newsletters.
• Supervises Coordinators across the Celebrations Department.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local regulations for independent living.
