Charter-Senior-Living-of-Paris is seeking a Life Enrichment/ Programming Director to lead the planning, implementation, and supervision of daily activities for residents at the community. The role focuses on social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic programs while supporting occupancy goals through community promotion and resident engagement.

The candidate should have assisted living experience and be able to work weekends and holidays as needed, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and supervising social, educational, recreational, spiritu al, and therapeutic activities in an assisted living setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and supervise daily activities for residents.
• Coordinate with management to promote community occupancy.
• Be available as needed for regulatory standards and on-call coverage.
