Job summary

Langley Post Acute is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to lead engaging activities for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. This full-time role collaborates with leaders to design programs that promote physical, cognitive, and social well-being.

You will manage volunteers, oversee a calendar, monitor budgets, and support a team to create meaningful experiences. Daily Pay is available. We value compassion, community, and excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in senior living or related fields.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate staff and volunteers.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to resident services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn new systems.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead volunteer-based activities and enrichment programs for residents.
• Collaborate with leadership to build a strong volunteer network.
• Develop and maintain a calendar of events to promote resident engagement.
• Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a life enrichment team.
• Create programs that support independence, cognitive stimulation, and social connection.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for activities and programs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adapt offerings based on feedback.
