Richland Square in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to lead the Daily Life Enrichment program for Independent Living and Memory Care residents. The role emphasizes creating engaging activities that enhance residents' quality of life and daily experiences.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to train volunteers and staff. Full-time hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with evenings and weekends as needed to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff or volunteers in a care or senior living setting.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Daily Life Enrichment program for Independent Living and Memory Care residents.
• Train and motivate volunteers and team members to deliver quality activities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal resident care regulations.
• Maintain and update documentation related to enrichment activities and resident engagement.

• At least one year of job-related supervisory experience preferably in a senior living environment
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Proven ability to train and motivate volunteers and fellow team members to provide the best in quality activity programming
• Maintain all appropriate state level certifications or licenses
• Knowledge of local state and federal regulations pertaining to resident care and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of residents and fellow team members
