Elevate Care Abington is hiring an Activity Aide / Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and facilitate engaging activities that support residents’ physical, social, and emotional well-being. You will lead recreational, social, and therapeutic programs while fostering participation and a positive community atmosphere.

The role emphasizes teamwork with nursing staff and families, documentation of participation, and coordination of events, holidays, and outings to enhance daily life for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in Activity Coordination or Life Enrichment (Preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and plan activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to meet residents' physical, social, and emotional needs.
