Job summary

AdviniaCare Paddock Ridge is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and encourage residents to join meaningful activities while maintaining independence, choice, and dignity. This full-time role includes organizing daily events and coordinating with participants, staff and volunteers to enhance residents' lives.

Weekend work with three weekday shifts is required; prior experience in nursing, recreation, or event planning is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; additional certifications may be required.
• Experience with nursing, recreational activities, event planning, or related fields.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• First aid and CPR training.

Responsibilities

• Create and handle logistics for daily events and activities.
• Speak to participants, employees and volunteers to coordinate attendance.
• Lift residents' spirits and ensure they enjoy their time while presiding at the home.

Job Description

Some of the responsibilities will be to create and handle the logistics for daily events, speak to participants, employees and volunteers. It is a dutiful job that will help lift the spirits of the residents and ensure they enjoy their time while presiding at the home.
