Job summary

Monarch Landing, Inc. in Naperville, IL is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator for a part-time schedule (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) with weekend availability.

You will create meaningful activities for residents and help foster a warm, engaging community. Responsibilities include planning daily programs, developing educational and recreational opportunities, coordinating services within Life Enrichment, and promoting hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Six months of experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred.

Monarch Landing is looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to create meaningful, engaging experiences that support the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and lead daily resident activities and programs
• Develop engaging educational, social, and recreational opportunities
• Coordinate programs and services within the Life Enrichment department
