Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Centennial, Colorado is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and deliver enriching programs for residents. You will help plan monthly life enrichment calendars, coordinate small groups, and support engagement across physical, social, spiritual, and creative wellbeing in a warm community setting.

The role involves handling supplies, driving outings with residents, collaborating with staff, and reporting residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in recreational programming.
• Proficiency in English and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing, distributing, and evaluating the monthly life enrichment calendar.
• Managing supplies and equipment inventory.
• Driving the bus for outings and scenic rides.
• Serving on committees and supporting the Director in their absence.
• Communicating residents' responses and needs to staff.
• Compiling data and performing clerical tasks.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
