Job summary

Heritage Care Center is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to create engaging activities, build relationships with residents, and foster a warm, supportive environment where residents and team members thrive.

You will plan and lead activities, support safety, document participation, and collaborate with families and staff to enrich residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care and engagement.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working with older adults preferred but not required.

We're looking for a dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help create engaging activities, build meaningful relationships with residents, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment where residents and team members thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and leading resident activities and enrichment programs
• Encourage resident participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
