Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant in Summit, NJ. The role supports resident engagement through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming and requires organizing events, activities, and communications daily.

The position offers a full-time schedule Sunday to Thursday, with a pay range of $16.50–$18.00 per hour. A valid Driver’s license is required for possible vehicle transport duties and community involvement.

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• Active Driver’s license in good standing.
• Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents of our community so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities.
• Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!

Currently hiring - Full-Time - Activities Assistance/Life Enrichment Assistant

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, from 8:0 a.m. to 4:0 p.m.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.00

Other organizations sometimes call this role an Activities Assistant, but we believe this role deserves the very special title ofLife Enrichment Assistant!

At our community, our Life Enrichment Assistants play a key role in enriching our residents to live an active vibrant life!

What will you get to do as a Life Enrichment Assistant?

Get to know the residents of our community so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
