Job Title: Life Enrichment Assistant
Position Summary: Life Enrichment Assistants assist with planning and providing activities and fitness programming for the residents of our community and our community volunteer program. The Life Enrichment Assistant supports the efforts of the Life Enrichment Director in assessing residents’ interests, needs, and abilities, and providing quality activities programming both inside and outside of the community. They are responsible for encouraging the participation and socialization of residents and volunteers. This position reports to the Life Enrichment Director and is part of the Life Enrichment team. Our Life Enrichment Assistants work with enthusiasm to enhance our residents’ quality of life by addressing the residents’ social, physical, and mental health. They value the opportunity to blend their ideas and personality into programs that bring excitement and energy into our residents’ lives.
Our Life Enrichment Department offers engaging activities and programs that encourage our residents to explore their interests and expand their horizons. Residents participate at their own pace and shine through dynamic activity involvement.
