Job summary

StoryPoint Group in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and perform activities that support residents’ social welfare and interests in the community.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, flexibility with evenings, weekends and holidays, compassion for seniors, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, with Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, or Tuesday-Saturday schedules, at $15 per hour.

• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks while maintaining resident safety.
• Support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Assist transportation by attending outings and coordinating relevant administrative tasks.
• Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.

Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities for Life Enrichment Assistant

• Complete all tasks and functions while maintaining a high level of resident safety.


• Support in proper setup, clean up, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.


• Support transportation by attending outings, coordinating relevant administrative tasks, and upholding safety practices.


• Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.

General Working Conditions

This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
