Job summary

Monarch Communities in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant (part-time) to enrich residents' lives through diverse programming. You will plan, implement, and lead activities that engage residents physically, mentally, and socially.

The role emphasizes creativity, energy, and a positive attitude, with a valid driver's license required for occasional transportation to events. Benefits include PTO, flexible scheduling, and training support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming for residents.
• Promote and communicate upcoming events and activities.
• Organize and run games, painting, singing, and music activities.
• Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events.
• Set up and breakdown events and activities.

At our community, our Life Enrichment Assistants play a key role in enriching our residents to live an active vibrant life!

What will you get to do as a Life Enrichment Assistant?

• Get to know the residents of our community so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!
• Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
