Crestwood Terrace is seeking a Life Enrichment Ambassador to plan and lead engaging activities for residents in Crestwood, IL. The role emphasizes social interaction, personal growth, and recovery within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Stand for one-hour intervals for up to 75% of the workday.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical examination.

• Create a warm, welcoming, inclusive environment where every resident feels respected and valued.
• Maintain a safe, organized activity environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About Our Center

Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility, providing care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (ages 21 and up). Located in a quiet neighborhood, we are one of 3 medical centers on our street. What makes us unique:
