We are seeking outstanding individuals to join our Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. Your role will involve planning and executing engaging activities to make a positive difference in residents' lives.

Hours

• Part-time (Monday & Tuesday)

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing resident activities, managing calendar, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
• Ensuring activities meet residents’ needs and preferences
• Overseeing specific enrichment components as assigned
• Transporting residents to outside events in company vehicles
• Effective communication with residents and staff
• Following policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Previous experience is preferred but not required.
