Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Staff in Northbrook, IL. You will prepare and serve food, shakes, and espresso drinks with speed and accuracy, while delivering exceptional member service. Maintain a clean, sanitized cafe and assist guests with recommendations and questions.

This hourly role includes on-the-job training and potentially flexible shifts in a vibrant fitness club environment. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Position Summary

The LifeCafe Staff will be responsible for executing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards. They will need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.

Position Requirements

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.25 and pays up to $18.25, based on experience and qualifications.
