Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking LifeCafe Staff to prepare and serve menu items according to recipes and service standards. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help guests with recommendations, and maintain a clean, sanitized cafe area.

Responsibilities include executing beverage orders, handling food items, and ensuring a fast, friendly experience for members in a high-energy setting. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire and lifting requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a cafe environment.
• Lift and move up to 20 lbs as part of daily duties.

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
