Life Time, Inc. is looking for an attentive LifeCafe Staff member in Plymouth, MN to prepare items per recipe and deliver speedy service. You will help members with questions and recommendations while keeping the cafe clean and organized.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for long periods, and obtain CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. This hourly position offers wage progression based on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Position Summary

The LifeCafe Staff will be responsible for executing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards. They will need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.

• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
