Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Barista to deliver high-quality beverage service and a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests at our Life Cafe.

You will prepare coffee and espresso drinks per LifeCafe recipes, ensure cleanliness in a fast-paced setting, and provide friendly assistance to members with information about products and services. Prior barista experience and safety certifications are required, with training provided for certifications within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop.
• ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• Ability to regularly bend and lift more than 20 pounds.

• Ensures cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Provides exceptional service to members and customers while answering questions and providing information as needed

Position Requirements
