Job summary

Salt City Trucking is seeking a CDL-A Local Driver for LIDL in Graham, NC. You will deliver grocery freight across NC/SC/GA with loads that require 2 store stops and early-morning deliveries.

Shifts are 12–14 hours, five nights per week, with home every other day and some hotel layovers. Valid CDL-A and DOT Medical Card required; SAP drivers excluded. Hotel stays may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• Clean driving record and a valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Must have safety shoes and high-visibility clothing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver grocery freight to stores in NC, SC, and GA.
• Most loads include 2 store stops; complete deliveries before 5 AM.
• Active driving position with regular store deliveries.
• Daily commute to the distribution center in Mebane, NC.

• Average weekly pay: $1,599 | Top weekly pay: $1,906
• Average annual pay: $83,167 | Top annual pay: $99,152
• $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus
• Mileage pay, stop pay, attendance and performance bonus potential, and Safe & On-Time Bonus
• Approximately 1,600 miles per week
• Schedule: 5 nights per week, starting between 8 PM and 10 PM
• Shifts run approximately 12-14 hours
• Home every other day, with 2 layovers per week; hotel stays may be required
