Job summary

Ouster in San Francisco, CA, is hiring an Associate Customer Success Engineer to help our robotics customers get the most out of our lidar sensors. You’ll assist with hardware, firmware, networking, and software issues under guidance from senior engineers, track issues in our ticketing system, and develop deep technical fluency with our products.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Linux environments (Ubuntu preferred).
• Understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP; familiar with tcpdump, Wireshark, ping, netstat.

Responsibilities

• Support post-sale technical onboarding and sensor integration.
• Triage inbound technical support requests across hardware, firmware, networking and software.
• Use CLI and diagnostic software to troubleshoot connectivity and data streaming issues.
