Requirements include MSW from an accredited school, LICSW license, current BLS, and at least two

Qualifications

• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program is required.
• LICSW licensure is required.
• Current BLS HCP is required.
• WA state driver's license and insurance on file.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial mental health evaluations and realistic treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy as needed.
• Conduct crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate care and provide information/referrals as needed.
• Document services in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff.
