LifeStance Health in Minnesota is hiring licensed therapists to join our growing outpatient practice. We offer a hybrid model with full-time or part-time (20+ hours/week) schedules, 100% outpatient work, no nights or weekend calls, and uncapped earnings.

Compensation ranges from $73k to $126k based on productivity. We seek Minnesota-licensed therapists (LICSW) with experience with children, adolescents, or adults.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, adolescents, or adults preferred.
• Fully licensed in Minnesota (LICSW) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual therapy.
• Participate in care coordination with clinical team.
• Maintain treatment plans and progress notes.
