Due to growth, Associated Clinic of Psychology is seeking a full-time LICSW Board Approved Supervisor to join our growing team of clinicians. As a Supervisor, you would be a piece of the foundation that supports our mission of being the provider and employer of choice for behavioral health care services in the Twin Cities Metro and Western Wisconsin. At ACP, we provide the right care, in the right place, at the right time to people in all circumstances. As a Supervisor, your role provides the opportunity toward Clinical Excellence for Clinical Trainees and you would be an integral part of developing clinicians toward their LICSW and in turn supporting more clients. This position will also involve maintaining a personal caseload of therapy clients from our general referral list.
Responsibilities include supervising our community-based services program, completing diagnostic assessments, supervising clinical trainees, participating in training and supervision meetings, communicating and coordinating with other supervisors, administrative support staff, and outside agencies. This role takes a hands‑on approach by meeting clients where they’re at. Working with clients in their own environment offers a greater chance to connect with community members who may not have the resources to travel to a clinic.
