Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physical sciences from an accredited institution.
• Experience in technology and IP management, licensing and/or innovation commercialization roles.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of inventions and IP across engineering and physical sciences.
• Build relationships with faculty, students, and inventors to advance commercialization.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage IP agreements including licenses and joint ownership plans.
• Guide inventor education, funding resources, and startup/industry partnerships.
