Job summary

EY is seeking an ECRM Professional Licensing Compliance Associate to support licensing requirements across the firm. The role involves policy application, research, and driving compliance processes to timely completion while acting as a liaison among professionals and risk teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret policies and apply procedures; escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes, policies, resources, and tools to support licensing compliance activities and internal customers.
• Review requests and supporting information for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with firm and regulatory requirements.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up on requests and communicating next steps.
• Conduct internal and external research; assess complex circumstances and develop recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues including renewals.
• Identify and escalate sensitive or high-risk matters for review.
• Participate in meetings with leadership and stakeholders; share updates and recommendations.
• Document work performed and rationale in systems to maintain a clear review record.
