LSI Foster Care & Adoption in Council Bluffs is hiring a full-time Licensing Caseworker to support foster, adoptive and kinship families in counties east of Council Bluffs, with regular travel required.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and at least one year in child welfare; bilingual candidates are encouraged. You’ll guide families through pre-service training and home studies, collaborating with staff to meet deadlines. Sign-on bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Support prospective families through pre-service training, home study process, writing, and submitting the home study packet.
• Work with families to complete assigned home studies for resource families (foster adoptive and kinship) within project timelines
