Responsabilidades

• Handling all phases of complex administrative litigation before the Office of Administrative Hearings and California superior courts.
• Representing client agencies in multiple hearings each month and in civil judicial review proceedings.
• Appearing on behalf of client agencies at administrative, superior court, and appellate levels.
• Collaborating with deputies, paralegals, supervisors, and investigators to develop case strategy and evidence.
• Advising agencies on legal matters, settlement options, and strategy; providing training to agency staff.
