Position Summary: We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely.

• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families

• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
• Maintain documentation per company policies

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
• Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (exp with Valant a plus)
