Qualifications
- Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology license required.
- Passion for skincare with upselling and cross-selling skills.
- Confident in recommending products and services to guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver waxing services using Exclusive Comfort Wax®.
- Build guest relationships and drive retail product sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals.
- Create a memorable guest experience to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
