Job summary

European Wax Center in Clackamas, OR is seeking a Licensed Wax Specialist to deliver waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax and to build guest relationships that boost product sales.

You will meet monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals while creating a memorable guest experience. A valid Esthetics or Cosmetology license is required, along with a passion for skincare and upselling, in a sales-driven environment.

Full-Time Employees - Other Compensation & Benefits

• Paid Time Off (PTO): Accruals are based on role classification and years of service:
• Oregon Sick Leave (OSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
• Paid Leave Oregon (PLO): Participation in the state-mandated wage-replacement program for family, medical, or safe leave.
• Health & Wellness: Eligible for group medical, dental, and vision insurance the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Retirement: Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) plan.
