European Wax Center in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Licensed Wax Specialist to deliver flawless waxing services and provide expert skincare recommendations. You will build guest relationships, educate on products, and drive retail sales while maintaining high sanitation standards.

Full‑Time Employees – Other Compensation & Benefits

• Paid Time Off (PTO): Accruals are based on role classification and years of service.
• Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked in Washington.
• WA Paid Family and Medical Leave: Participation in the state-mandated insurance program.
• Health & Wellness: Eligible for group medical, dental, and vision insurance (first of the month following 60 days).
• Associate Discounts: Eligibility for service and product discounts per company policy.
• Retirement: Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) plan.
