Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols and techniques.
• Build a book of business and retain guests using rebook scripts and delivering 100% guest satisfaction.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance their experience and results.
• Uphold brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.
• Maintain Wax Specialist KPI according to brand standard.
• Train and role model the expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center.
