Radiant Waxing is hiring Wax Specialists (Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist) to join our Bay-area salon. Join a fast-paced, supportive team that values guests and staff alike.

We offer 3 weeks paid training plus ongoing education, bi-weekly bonuses, retail commission, and set schedules with every other weekend off. Licensing in CA or in progress is welcomed; candidates should be friendly, professional, and guest-focused.

Qualifications

• Must have a California esthetician or cosmetology license, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Current student seeking licensure in esthetics/cosmetology.
• Able to make guests feel comfortable, important, and welcome and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Radiant Waxing services for all guests, delivering a 5-star guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold salon standards.
• Contribute to a fast-paced but supportive team environment.
