• Perform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards and techniques.
• Build a book of business and retain guests using rebooking scripts and delivering top guest experience.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance their results.
• Uphold brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene in waxing suites.
• Maintain Wax Specialist KPI according to brand standard.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment upholding Artemis Wax Core Values.
• Train and role model the expected behaviors and processes
