JTC Home Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated and caring nurse to provide high‑quality, in‑home care to patients throughout San Diego and its surrounding counties.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create personalized care plans.

Who We’re Looking For

• A compassionate nurse with a current LVN license in California.
• Experience in home health, travel nursing, or other relevant clinical settings is a plus.
