Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking licensed LVNs to provide one-on-one private duty care in patients' homes across Florida. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, night, and weekend shifts. Weekly and daily pay options provide financial flexibility.

You will work under RN supervision, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, educate families, and document care with privacy compliance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and company-paid life insurance, plus 24/7

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in the state of practice (or compact license transferable within 90 days).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification (training assistance available).
• TB test within the past 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift, reposition patients and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care under RN supervision, following each patient’s care plan.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Administer treatments, manage medications, and assist with medical devices as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures, self-care, and health maintenance.
• Document all services provided following professional standards and privacy regulations.

Preferred:

• At least 6 months of recent clinical experience
• Experience in home health or private duty care
