Job summary

Heritage Court ARF, a Generations Healthcare facility in Upland, CA, is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our care team, with experience in behavioral health.

This full-time PM shift is 3pm–11:30pm, Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, with compensation between $30 and $33 per hour DOE. The role emphasizes skin care under physician and nursing supervision and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current active license to practice as LVN in California.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility or Behavioral Health experience preferred.
• Superior customer service and the desire to be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary skin care to residents under medical direction.
• Modify treatment regimens to meet residents' physical and psycho-social needs.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and Director of Nursing for care plans.
• Support overall resident comfort and quality of care.

Heritage Court ARF, a Generations Healthcare facility, is in search of a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team with behavioral health experience or experience working with challenging behaviors and mental health diagnosis.

Job Description

The primary role of the Licensed Vocational Nurse is to provide primary skin care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians, the Director of Nursing Services, or the Medical Director of the facility, with an emphasis on treatment and therapy of skin disorders. You will also assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psycho-social needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of this state and the policies and goals of this facility.
