Job summary

DaVita in Riverside, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support our Peritoneal Dialysis program in an outpatient setting. You will deliver compassionate care and build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Responsibilities include working with a multi-disciplinary team, training may occur off-site, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Current LPN/LVN license and CPR are required; paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• IV certification required if required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (Peritoneal Dialysis) who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. Some details about this position:

• No Dialysis experience is required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
• Float to various facilities during and after your training
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
• Current CPR certification required
• IV certification required if required by state regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
• Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required)

Wage Range

The Wage Range for the role is $30.00 - $44.00 per hour.
