• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient conditions including nutrition, infections, skin changes, weight loss, or other notices.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring in programs.
• Documents and notifies departments of room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
