Redwood Family Care Network is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a part-time role in Northern California. The position offers AM & PM shifts with 10–12 hours per week and pay between $30.00 and $33.00 per hour, DOE.
Location is one assigned site in Northern CA. The LVN will administer medications, provide hands-on nursing care and support adults with developmental disabilities in community settings.

Administer medications and injections (Five Rights )
Provide hands-on nursing care (wound care, g-tube feedings, colostomy care, insulin)
Monitor vitals, infections, and neurological status
Support individuals with daily living activities
Attend medical appointments and advocate for clients
De-escalate behavioral episodes using CPI techniques
Document care and celebrate progress
Join community outings like beach days, hikes, and fun activities
Active California LVN License
1+ year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
Current CPR/First Aid & CPI
21+ years old with a valid CA Driver’s License
A caring heart, positive attitude, and team spirit
