Responsibilities
  • G-tube & Trach Patient
  • SHIFT: Sat/Sun 8-4p
  • Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses
  • Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Assist with examinations, procedures, and patient education
  • Support patients and families by addressing concerns and explaining care plans
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
  • Uphold all infection control, safety, and quality standards
Qualifications
