Job summary

Seaport Scripps Home Health is hiring a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our North Coastal San Diego County team. You will provide direct patient care, assess needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality home health services.
