Job summary

Crenshaw Nursing Home in Los Angeles, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for full-time PM/NOC shifts. You will lead and supervise the nursing team, oversee resident care, and administer medications under physician orders.

Applicants must hold an active California LVN license, be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (including boosters), and possess knowledge of long-term care needs. PCC experience is a plus, and we value compassionate, team-oriented caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Complete charting and treatment plans/physician orders, etc.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary
• Orient and welcome new residents and families
• Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC)
• Other duties as assigned
