Avir Health Group in Winnsboro, TX is seeking a licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the night shift on a full-time basis. We welcome new grads and value compassionate care, dignity, and teamwork to support our residents.

This role offers a $2000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, family health insurance, 401k, and PTO. Shifts are 2pm–10pm, Monday through Friday, with PRN shifts available. Texas LVN license and CPR certification required.

• Valid CPR Certification.
• I.V. Certification preferred
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures in long-term care.
