Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Night Shift LVN for 6p-6a to supervise nursing activities on the assigned unit and ensure compassionate, compliant care for residents in Texas.

New grads are welcome. Eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, with benefits including family health insurance, PTO, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit.
• Provide high-quality care to residents during night shift (6p-6a).
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate documentation and care plans.
